• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: May be subject to cancellation fees
• No-shows: No refund

4. Facility Rules and Conduct

• Smart casual attire required in common areas
• Appropriate swimwear required in pool areas
• Swimwear must be covered when not in pool areas
• Proper footwear required in dining areas

4.2 Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate conduct
• Smoking in non-designated areas
• Bringing outside food or beverages
• Use of glass containers in pool areas
• Running, diving, or unsafe pool behavior
• Photography or videography of other guests without consent

4.3 Safety and Security

• Guests must follow all safety instructions from staff
• Children under 21 are not permitted
• Guests swim at their own risk
• Security cameras are in operation for safety purposes

5. Liability and Assumption of Risk

5.1 Assumption of Risk

By visiting Aura Sky Pool, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with swimming, rooftop venues, and recreational activities. You agree to assume all risks of injury, illness, or property damage.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Sky Pool, its owners, operators, and employees shall not be liable for:

While we provide secure lockers, Aura Sky Pool is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. We recommend using provided lockers and not bringing valuables.

By visiting Aura Sky Pool, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in promotional materials, please inform our staff.

Professional photography or videography requires prior written permission from management.
